- How much does it cost to get an AR app for my brand?
- The pricing depends on the number of SKUs, and the amount of custom development needed to create your app. Please contact us and we will be happy to provide a quote
- What if I don't have 3D models of my products?
- No worries, we can take care of this for you. We specialize in creating ultra high resolution 3D assets that are optimized for AR, and can create a 3D version of your product catalog.
- What do you need to create 3D models? Do I have to send you my products?
- We only need your existing product photography, and the length, width and height of the products. If you need models in additional fabrics or other wood variations, we would just need an image of the fabric swatch or material.
- What if I already have 3D models, can we use those instead?
- Maybe. There are many types of 3D models, and the ones we use have to be optimized for AR, and are similar to what you might find in a video game. If you contact us we can provide a more specific answer for your 3D models.
- After we have an AR app, how do we get our customers to use it?
- Triple apps come with deep linking technology that enables you to link from your existing product pages on your website directly to AR content within your app. This works if users are coming from desktop or mobile -- even if they've not previously installed the app. Please see our AR app marketing checklist for more information on this subject.
- How will the app match my brand?
- We work with your designers to create a custom UI that matches your brand. They will typically create designs in Sketch (or similar design software) and then our engineers implement these designs in code.
- Who publishes the app?
- If you create an Apple Developer Account we are happy to publish it under your account. If you prefer not to do this, we can also publish under our account at no additional charge.
